KIG Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC and related products. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our applications and services.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information — when you connect a social media account to Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC, we receive and store OAuth access tokens that authorize our app to act on your behalf. We do not store your social media passwords.
- Content data — post drafts, captions, hashtags, and media assets you create or upload within Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC.
- Usage data — basic information about how you interact with Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC, including features used and actions taken.
- Website content — When you connect a website URL to Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC, we retrieve publicly available content from that website to generate social media post drafts.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve our services:
- To generate AI-drafted social media content based on your connected websites and brand configuration.
- To publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf, based on user-defined settings and controls.
- To store your brand configuration, audience profiles, and media assets for use within Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC.
- To analyze and improve the performance of Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC's AI content generation.
- We do not use your data to train generalized AI models.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or content with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Social media platform access
Prism integrates with third-party social media platforms including Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. When you connect these accounts:
- We receive OAuth tokens that allow us to perform actions on your behalf within the permissions granted by each platform.
- We store these tokens securely and use them only to perform actions you explicitly authorize.
- Content is only published based on user-defined settings and authorization, which may include manual approval or pre-configured automation preferences.
- You may revoke Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC's access to any connected account at any time through that platform's settings.
- Prism operates strictly within the permissions granted by each platform’s API and in accordance with their terms, policies, and developer guidelines.
3A. TikTok Integration
Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC uses TikTok APIs to enable users to connect their TikTok accounts and manage content. When you connect your TikTok account to Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC:
- We receive basic account information such as your TikTok username and user ID.
- We receive an OAuth access token that allows Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC to perform actions on your behalf within TikTok.
- We may publish content to your TikTok account only when you explicitly initiate or approve that action within Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC, or according to your pre-configured automation settings.
Prism does not access or store your TikTok password. Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC does not collect or store additional TikTok data beyond what is required to provide these services.
You may revoke Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC’s access to your TikTok account at any time through your TikTok account settings.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted vault and are never exposed in plain text. We use Supabase for data storage, which provides enterprise-grade security and compliance.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
5. Third-party services
Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Anthropic Claude API — for AI content generation. Content sent to Claude is governed by Anthropic's privacy policy.
- Supabase — for database and file storage.
- OpenAI DALL-E — optionally, for AI image generation when enabled by the user.
- Cloudflare — for network security and tunnel services.
6. Children's privacy
Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Revoke access to any connected social media account at any time.
- Opt out of any non-essential data processing.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Prism by KIG Holdings, LLC after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
